If you wish to move your domain elsewhere, you are free to do so.
In most cases, you can unlock your domain via your Blacknight control panel:
- Login to your control panel at https://cp.blacknighthosting.com
- Then go to Domains >> My Domains
- Click the three dots
...across from the domain - to the right, and click Manage Domain. - Click Get EPP Code, this will unlock the domain and supply the code to the email listed on the domain itself.
Please note that should your domain be listed as unlocked already, lock it again and then unlock to ensure the process is successful and the EPP code is issued.
There are also cases where you will need to contact our Sales team -- they would deal with these queries, to unlock the domain and obtain the EPP code as not all domains can be processed for this via the control panel.
As long as you do not have any outstanding invoices, we will release the domain.
