Webmail - Remote XUL error in FireFox 4 or later

When using the webmail system for https://cp.blacknight.com/ (https://webmail.blacknight.com / https://webmail.your-domain-here.com) and FireFox 4 or later you may receive an error:

"This page uses an unsupported technology that is no longer available by default in Firefox."

To resolve this do the following or alternatively you could use our newer interface that can be located at http://altmail.blacknight.com :

1. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/remote-xul-manager/ and click “+ Add to Firefox”
2. Click Install in the new window that pops up and then restart Firefox
3. Click 'tools' > 'web developer' > 'Remote XUL Manager'
4. Click 'Add'
5. Add 'https://webmail.blacknight.com', 'https://cp.blacknight.com' and 'https://webmail.your-domain.com' where your-domain.com should be replaced with your own domain name.
6. Close XUL manager

You should now be able to use Webmail as normal.
