We offer PHP5 on all of our Windows hosting plans, and on most of our Linux plans. Only some of the older plans (before October 2008) do not support PHP 5.
If you are on a linux hosting package on cp.blacknight.com then you can change the PHP version in the control panel under:
Websites > domainname >> Website Configuration >> Edit
To enable PHP 5 Support you will also need to disable PHP 4 support as otherwise PHP5 will only act on files with the .php5 extension
