Setting up goMobi (walkthrough)

Please Note: goMobi is no longer offered to new customers. The below article is for existing customers only.

Getting started with goMobi is easy simply click the Buy Now button

Select your desired billing period. Monthly or Yearly. You'll then need to fill proceed through the payment options (and login to your account)

Once your order has been processed you'll need to go to [1] and login to your account. You'll need to click the subscription menu item on the top menu

N.B Since a recent update to the control panel the below image is no longer accurate, you can now select the subscription you want from the subscription drop-down menu near the top right hand side just below the account ID.

You'll go through your list of subscriptions and see one labeled goMobi. Please select this

Click on the goMobi Website Builder link on the left.

Click on create to proceed to create your mobile subdomain.

Select the domain from the drop down you wish to make mobile Fill in the new subdomain you wish to add. Please be careful here as once you set this it is permanent. m / mob / mobile would be a good suggestion. Personally I like m

Review the details you have entered to make sure they are all correct. Click Finish if they are correct or cancel to go back.

You'll see that the site is provisioning. You can click the refresh button on the top right to refresh the page.

Once the page has provisioned you'll see Status Ready and an extra two links you can click.

And you're done. DNS propogation may mean it takes a little while (up to 24 - 48 hours) to see your site but it's generally a lot faster than that.
