If you have purchased an exclusive ip address then you will need to assign it manually by following these steps:
>> Log into cp.blacknight.com
>> Now click on Websites at the top of the screen
>> Now click on the domain in question
>> Now click on Website Configuraton
>> Now click on Edit
>> Now click in fro IP Address Type choose Exclusive
>> Now click Submit
*Please note that if you are using any nameservers other than Blacknight's then you will need to update the ip address the domain is pointing to on those nameserver to the new exclusive ip address*
