Set up autoresponder in Titan mail
To setup an Autoresponder while logged in as the Administrator of the Blacknight account:
- Log into https://cp.blacknight.com using the email address and corresponding password.
- Select the hosting subscription that the email is setup on:
- This would be from the Subscription dropdown (top-right).
- Likely choices are: Windows, Linux, Email Only
- Click E-Mail on the main menu.
- From the list below, click into the email account (via the Display Name part).
- Click on Autoresponders on sub menu.
- Click Add New Autoresponder.
To setup an Autoresponder as a email User:
- Log into https://cp.blacknight.com using the email address and corresponding password.
- Click on Autoresponders on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click Add New Autoresponder.
In either case, refer to the following:

Autoresponder enabled: Tick this on, if you want to enable this Autoresponder.

Autoresponder name: Give it a description.

Enable filtering: You can enable this if you like - it is usually left off.
- Filter incoming messages by: choose "Subject" or "Body"
- Respond if corresponding field contains: Enter something to filter by.
- Autoresponder behavior:

Reply

Reply-to field: You would usually enter the same email address here.

Reply subject: You can leave it as "Re:" or enter your own Subject to reply back to the sender.

Reply message: Enter the message you want send back.

Forward

Forward request to E-mail address:

You can use this method if you wish.
- However, note that emails can be blocked by the [new] receiving server.

Issue With Repeated Autoresponder Emails
There can be a case where the system might get into an autoresponder loop with another autoresponding email address.
If this happens, your only solution is to:
- Disable the Autoresponder.
- Delete the extra email that came in to the mailbox.
