You must verify the email address listed on your admin user in order to access to the Support Helpdesk ticketing system as that user and email address, and the cp.blacknighthosting.com account (if applicable).
In order to carry out verification, please login to the Blacknight Control Panel as the admin and go to:
Account >> Admins >> [Click the "Name" on your user]
You will see that "E-mail" is not confirmed where:
- If that is the email address you want to use for the user:
- Click the "Resend Confirmation E-mail" button below.
- If that is not the email address you want to use for the user:
- Click the "Edit" button below.
- Amend the email address.
In either case, you will then get an email from us to that email address with a link within to verify the email address listed.
Once you verify the email address you will be able to access the Helpdesk via that user.
