[Legacy] How can I cancel my Subscription or Domain Name?

If the service you wish to cancel is on the legacy system at https://cp.blacknight.com you can place a cancellation order for your service by following these steps after logging into your control panel.

Domains
Account >> Registered Domains  >> Click on the Domain Name >> Cancel Domain >> Enter a reason for the cancellation and click Place Cancellation Order.

All Other Subscriptions
Account >> Subscriptions >> Click on the Subscription >> Cancel Subscription >> Enter a reason for the cancellation and click Place Cancellation Order.

Please feel free to email billing@blacknight.com the cancellation request either.

We will only act on requests from listed contacts.  If you are acting on behalf of a business we will accept signed requests on company headed paper.  This can be scanned and emailed to billing@blacknight.com or faxed to 059 9164239.

We will not accept cancellations over the phone - they must be in writing (email or signed letter).
