How to update Whois details on a .com/.net/.org/.info/.biz domain.

The details on any of the above domains can be updated directly through the control panel on the newer system when logged in to cp.blacknight.com

To change the whois information for any of the above domains you need to log in to your control panel at https://cp.blacknight.com  and do the following:

You may need to create a new user with the details you wish to have on the whois before you change the contacts. You can do this as follows: cp.blacknight.com >  Account > Admins > Add New Admin > enter the details you need to appear on the whois

Then to add the new user you created to the domain: Account or Home >> Registered Domains > Click on domain name > Manage Contacts > Click on magnifying glass > Select the new user you created > Update Contacts

Note: Clicking on "Update Contacts" will push the changes to the Whois database. Note: It can take 24-72 hours for the details to fully update.
