What can I use as a shop front on my site?

If you are on one of our newer cp.blacknight.com hosting plans you can see some e-commerce applications that you can install easily through Applications or installing a plugin if you are using Wordpress.  Depending on the type of hosting plan you can also install these programs manually by downloading the required files from the program vendors website.

Some common e-commerce applications are:

ZenCart - lightweight but with a lot of features. Is one of the most commonly used on our shared hosting plans.

Magento - powerful but can use up a lot of resources and so may run a bit slow depending on your settings and shop size.
