Upload a file called .htaccess into your blog's "root" directory ie. if your blog is at http://www.yourdomain.tld/blog then the file needs to go into the "blog" directory. Using your FTP software make the file writeable using CHMOD 666 Some FTP software will not be able to view the file once it is uploaded. You can get round this issue by calling the file htaccess.txt when you first upload it and then rename it after you have made the change. WordPress should be able to write to the .htaccess file to create the "permalinks" If you run into any issues please contact our support desk.
