Either with or without the Plesk control panel you will need to manually install .net versions 3.0 or 3.5 if you want to use them on our legacy VPS plans. You can find these on Microsoft's .net website:
.net 3.0 (64x edition)
.net 3.5
Once you have those installed you can then set a domain to use either of these frameworks either through the command line, or through Plesk if you have it:
