Log in to your Acronis backup as per the steps here:
How to access Acronis Backup on cPanel\Plesk plans
- Click on the date you want to restore from and go to Databases
- Tick the box beside the database you want to restore
- You can press Download then to download a copy of the database to your local computer
- You can press Recover to recover the database on your plan
Recovery options
When recovering the database to your plan you can pick from the following options:
Add suffix to the recovered database name
- This will restore the database to a different database with a suffix added to it (i.e. it will restore database_name to suffix_database_name
- On hosting plans that only allow 1 database this option will not work.
Recover database users
- you usually will not need this option unless the database users were removed, or their passwords were changed and you can't recover the original password.
