How often will my website(s) be backed up?

This article applies to plans that have purchased the Acronis backup option. Please contact our Sales team for information on how to purchase this plan.

The backups run at least once every day, typically between 11pm and 4am.  

There is no way to change the frequency or time on a per-domain\plan basis.

All files, databases, domains on your hosting plan will automatically be included in the backup when you purchase the acronis backup add-on.
