If you have forgotten your cp.blacknight.com password, click on the "Forgot password" link.
On the subsequent page, click the "Get An Authorisation Key" button.
Once you have received the key, click the "Change Password" button, enter your login name + authorisation key and your desired new password.
If you have forgotten your Helm password, click the "Click Here if you have lost your logon details".
An email with instructions to change your password will be sent to you.
