Moving an application vault install to another domain

This applies only to our Legacy Minimus\Medius\Maximus hosting plans.

You'll need to locate and take a copy of the website files via FTP first, the following guides cover how to go about doing that:

Once you have the files you'll also want a copy of the database which you can get at:

'More services' > 'Databases' > '$BLUELINK' 

In the database manager select the database name on the left then select the export option.

Now you have a copy of the files and database. Next thing is to enable hosting on the primary domain, use FTP to upload the website files to the root folder.

You'll also need to upload the database, you can create a new database at: 
 
'More services' > 'Databases' > 'Add New Database' 
 
Once the database is created you can access the manager at: 
 
'More services' > 'Databases' > '$BLUELINK' 
 
In the manager, select the database name on the left then select the import option. 
 
Once imported you'll need to updeate the database conneciton string in the wegbsite files with the new details.
