Renewing an SSL cert

This applies to our Legacy Minimus\Medius\Maximus plans only

After you pay for an SSL cert renewal you should email Support@blacknight.com to get your SSL cert renewed.  We will need you to confirm the following:

Validation Email Address
Please confirm which of the below addresses we can use to send a validation email to during the order process.  This needs to be acted on before the SSL Signing Authority will issue the SSL certificate:
admin@domainname
administrator@domainname
hostmaster@domainname
postmaster@domainname
webmaster@domainname

where domainname is the domain the SSL certificate is for (it can be the main domain if the SSL cert is for a specific subdomain).


CSR
If you are not hosting the domain and SSL certificate on one of our shared hosting plans we will need a CSR - Certificate Signing Request in conjunction with the above.  If you are installing this on a plesk VPS then the following may help you generate this:
