How do I sign into my account?

Simply click ‘My Account’ at the top right-hand corner of the Blacknight website (as seen in the picture below) and enter your credentials accordingly. Make sure to use your username and not your email address. This username was given to you in your Welcome email sent by us. However, if you cannot find this email then contact our technical support team referencing your domain name and we can resend you the login details.
