Prerequisites To Allow Third Party Access For Standard Email Clients/Software
- Two Factor Authentication must be disabled on the Titan Mailbox
- That is, if you are not using the Titan Apps and want to use Outlook etc..

- Third Party access needs to be enabled on the Titan Mailbox
- For new mailboxes especially, this typically would not be enabled by default.

Settings up email accounts on Outlook
Please ensure, when using encryption, that you set the following ports:
- IMAP: 993
- POP: 995

SMTP (Outgoing):
- 587 using TLS/STARTTLS encryption [this is the recommended port]
- 465 as an alternative using SSL/TLS encryption.

Outlook 2016
You need to ensure you "Manually Configure" the mailbox in Outlook - if the "Auto Configuration" will not work/complete.
Here is how you can create an email account manually:
- Click Start and then type "Control Panel" and press enter on the keyboard.
- Choose "Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016)"
- Click on "Email accounts".
- Click on "File"
- Click on "Account Settings" (On the info section)
- Click on "New" ("Change" if the account already exists)
- Click on "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP" and press Next (If creating new)
- Click on "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and press Next
- Click on "Internet E-Mail" and press "Next" (If creating new)
Fill in the various fields as follows:
- Your Name: Whatever name you want to appear on your Emails.
- E-Mail Address: Your full email address.
- Account Type: IMAP (recommended unless you specifically wish to use POP).
- Incoming Mail Server: imap0101.titan.email (or pop0101.titan.email if using POP)
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp0101.titan.email
- User Name: Your full email address.
- Password: The password you assigned to the email account when you created it.
Then to complete the configuration of the "Outgoing Server" settings:
- Press "More Settings" and go to "Outgoing Server".
- Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
- You can set it to "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
- Press "Advanced" and change the outgoing server port from 25 to 587 and press OK.
Press Next and Finish to finish setting up the email account.
