Prerequisites To Allow Third Party Access For Standard Email Clients/Software
- Two Factor Authentication must be disabled on the Titan Mailbox
- That is, if you are not using the Titan Apps and want to use Outlook etc..

- Third Party access needs to be enabled on the Titan Mailbox
- For new mailboxes especially, this typically would not be enabled by default.

You can set up your business mail with other desktop apps like Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, etc. with the below IMAP and POP settings.
Configure via IMAP
Email address: Your full email address (e.g. info@somethingsomething.eu)
Password: Your email password
Incoming server
- Server Name: imap0101.titan.email
- Encryption: SSL/TLS (Port: 993)
Outgoing server
- Server Name: smtp0101.titan.email
- Encryption:
- STARTTLS (Port: 587) [OR]
- SSL/TLS (Port: 465)
Configure via POP
Email address: Your full email address (e.g. info@somethingsomething.eu)
Password:Your email password
Incoming server
- Server Name: pop0101.titan.email
- Encryption: SSL/TLS (Port: 995)
Outgoing server
- Server Name: smtp0101.titan.email
- Encryption:
- STARTTLS (Port: 587) [OR]
- SSL/TLS (Port: 465)

Replace imap.titan.email, pop.titan.email, and smtp.titan.email with imap0101.titan.email, pop0101.titan.email, and smtp0101.titan.email anywhere you see it mentioned.
