At the moment there is no Forgot Password feature on the login for your cloud control panel to access the control panel for your Cloud VM plan.
If you do not recall the username or password that you set on this when purchasing the VM plan you will need to email support@blacknight.com with the VM IP address (or username if you recall that) and we will reset the password for you.
That email will have to come from a listed contact email address on either billing account for your vm (cp.blacknight.com) or on the cloud control panel itself.
