This article applies to our Cloud VM plans only.
If you log in to the Cloud Control Panel you might notice that it is showing all the Disk Space and RAM being used up. That is just because your user itself would be allocated a certain amount of diskspace and RAM (depending on the plan you are on) and automatically all of this diskspace and RAM is assigned to the VM on your account.
It does not mean that your VM is at its diskspace limit and using up all its memory, it just means that all the space and memory your user has been allocated has been used because it has been assigned to your VM.
You can see the actual diskspace and RAM usage figures for your VM by logging on to the VM directly.
Linux VM:
SSH on to the VM and run the following commands:
RAM: free -m
Diskspace: df -h
Windows VM:
RDP on to the VM and check the task manager for RAM usage, and My Computer for disk space usage
