How do I access the console on VM?

This article applies to our Cloud VM plans only.

You can access the console to see exactly what is running on your VM at the moment on any of our VM plans. This can help you if for some reason you are having problems accessing the VM via SSH or RDP. The link for this is in the Cloud Control Panel under:

Virtual Machines > vm name > Overview > Console > Open Console

You will need to have Java installed on your computer in order for this to work.
