Currently there is no backup solution for our legacy VPS packages. You would need to set up a separate backup solution on your VPS to download your backups regularly to another location, and that you can use to restore individual files, folders, and databases. If you have Plesk on your VPS there is the Plesk Backup tool available in the Updater.
