Removing a device from Acronis

If you want to remove a device from Acronis you can do so by logging in to your Acronis account and going to:

Devices > All devices > click on the device in question > Delete

This won't delete any backups the device had.  To delete the backups go to:

Backup Storage > click on the server\backup in question > Delete

If you have immutable storage turned on anything you delete will take 14 days to delete fully.  You can change this setting under:

Settings > System Settings > immutable storage

For security reasons we recommend leaving this option on, and only disabling temporarily if needed
