4. Choose a new storage plan
You will be presented with a selection of available email hosting tiers. Choose the plan that best fits your needs:
| Plan | Storage per Mailbox |
| Titan Email | 5 GB |
| Titan Pro | 10 GB |
| Titan Premium | 50 GB |
| Titan Ultra | 100 GB |
Select your preferred plan and proceed through the checkout process to complete the upgrade.
IMPORTANT: Storage Plans Apply to All Mailboxes
At this time, it is not possible to assign different storage tiers to different individual mailboxes.
This means that when upgrading your Titan email hosting plan, every mailbox under the domain is upgraded to the same storage tier.
For example, if you have five mailboxes and upgrade to the 10 GB plan, all five mailboxes will be upgraded to 10 GB. You cannot have one mailbox on a 10 GB plan, and the remaining 4 mailboxes on a 5 GB plan.
What this means for your account
Before upgrading, consider how many mailboxes you currently have active and whether they all need the additional storage. If you have low-traffic mailboxes that rarely receive email, upgrading all of them may not be a cost-effective approach.
An alternative for low-traffic mailboxes
If you have a mailbox that sees very little activity, consider the following:
- Delete the low traffic mailbox
- Set it up as an email alias pointing to one of your primary mailboxes
An alias forwards all incoming mail to another mailbox on the same domain, without being counted as a separate unique mailbox. This means that the mailbox will remain functional for receiving email, but it won't factor into your Mailbox count or your storage tier pricing.
