This article applies to shared hosting plans our https://cp.blacknighthosting.com platform only. If you are on our older cp.blacknight.com platform please email help@blacknight.com if you need some php settings changed. If you want to change the PHP version itself on this platform please see here:
https://help.blacknight.com/hc/en-us/articles/212520709-Changing-PHP-version
Log in to your https://cp.blacknighthosting.com account and go to:
Plesk
Sevices > My Services > Click on your Plesk plan (not on the domain name itself) > Click on the link to the Plesk control panel > PHP Settings
You can only edit some of the settings for PHP here.
It is not possible to amend the following as these are set to the maximums allowed on our Plesk Shared Hosting plans:
memory_limitmax_execution_timemax_input_timepost_max_sizeupload_max_filesizemax_input_vars
Wordpress Hosting
1. Sevices > My Services > Click on your cPanel\Wordpress plan (not on the domain name itself) > cPanel
2. In the cPanel interface click on MultiPHP INI Editor > pick the domain you want to edit from the drop down (while you can try set the limits as high as you like here, they will not actually be any higher than the server limits)
If you do not know what a setting means, and your website developer or website application isn't asking you to change it, then you should not change that setting.
You might need to look at a Cloud VPS plan or Dedicated Server if you need to set a limit that isn't changeable here, or if you need a higher limit than you can set here.
