Log in to https://cp.blacknighthosting.com and go to:
Sevices > Click on your plan (not on the domain name itself) > Databases or MySQL Databases (depending on plan)
Click Create database to create a new database
You can't do much with databases here. You need to log in to the main Plesk\cPanel control panel and manage the database there. Please see here for more information on how to manage your database and database users:
