I can't add an Addon domain

If you get an error when trying to add another domain under Addon Domains, the issue is most likely that your current plan only supports 1 domain.  You need to upgrade to add a second domain to your plan.

If you currently have a MEGA plan, you can upgrade to a GIGA or a TERA plan to get more Addon Domains.

• GIGA allows you to host up to 5 websites.
• TERA allows you to host up to 15 websites.

If you currently have a WordPress plan, you will need to purchase a new WordPress plan for each domain.

Addon domains should not be confused with subdomains. A guide on how you can add subdomains can be found here.
