This article applies to email hosted on our newer https://cp.blacknighthosting.com platform.
The following may help in relation to setting this up if you have Microsoft 365: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/email/configure-email-forwarding?view=o365-worldwide
Log in to your https://cp.blacknighthosting.com account and go to:
Sevices > My Services > Click on your Titan email plan (not on the domain name itself)
If you want to add a forwarder to send emails to an existing address you have on this subscription you can do so under:
Internal Forwarding > Create an internal forwarding account
nb: this is only applicable if the forwarder you are trying to create doesn't already exist as a mailbox.
If you want to forward email from an address you have with us, to an address hosted somewhere else OR from another mailbox that already exists on the subscription then you can do so under:
1. Create the email address first under Email Accounts > Add new email account (skip this if it already exists)
2 .When prompted log in to the webmail interface for the new account you created (skip this if it already exists - log in to https://app.titan.email directly instead)
3. Click on the cog icon on the top left > Preferences > Forwarding > press Add beside Forward Out
You can only forward to one address at a time, and if you set it to keep a copy of incoming email on your Titan inbox then you could run out of email space. You should set that option to No if you never want to check or store the emails on this mailbox.
