Log in to your https://cp.blacknighthosting.com account and go to:
- Services > My Services > Click on your Titan email plan (not on the domain name itself)
- Email Accounts > click the icon with three dots beside the email address in question > Reset Password
- Put in an email address you have access to - a link will be sent to that address allowing you to change the password for this account.
If you already have access to your email account, and you wish to change it to something else, go to the following within the Titan webmail at https://app.titan.email:
- Click on the settings cog on the top right and click Preferences
- Click Change Password at the bottom.
- Enter the existing password, the new password and the new password again to confirm the change.
