Please see the Titan knowledgebase for more in-depth instructions for how to use the many features of our titan email service:
https://support.titan.email/hc/en-us/categories/360002523494-Using-Mail
Our install of Titan uses slightly different hostnames. Please replace them if you see them in the above KB articles:
- pop.titan.email -> pop0101.titan.email
- ... with SSL/TLS encryption enabled on port 995
- imap.titan.email -> imap0101.titan.email
- ... with SSL/TLS encryption enabled on port 993
- smtp.titan.email -> smtp0101.titan.email
- ... with StartTLS encryption enabled on port 587 [OR]
- ... with SSL/TLS encryption enabled on port 465
Please note that some devices/email clients may enforce StartTLS when choosing "SSL" for the encryption type - where SSL is the only option.
IOS shows the option for SSL but may use StartTLS; you need to use port 587 in that case.
We might not support all features titan supports.
You might need to upgrade your plan to get access to some services.
