Site Backup: How to Access Site Backup on cPanel\Plesk plans

This article applies to websites hosted on our newer https://cp.blacknighthosting.com platform - on our Mega, Giga, and Tera plans.

Plesk:

Log in to https://cp.blacknighthosting.com and go to your Plesk control panel:

Sevices > My Services > Click on your Plesk plan (not on the domain name itself) > Plesk

Click on the little box icon on the top right and go to DropSuite Website Backup (you only have to click\expand the box once, it will remember this setting for any subsequent logins)

cPanel\Wordpress

Log in to https://cp.blacknighthosting.com and go to your Plesk control panel:

Sevices > My Services > Click on your cPanel\Wordpress plan (not on the domain name itself) > cPanel

under the Software section click on Dropsuite Website Backup
