Adding DKIM records for Titan Email

DKIM records are generated within Titan admin interface. To see this, login to your Blacknight control panel at https://cp.blacknighthosting.com/

You then have to navigate to your Titan email subscription. On the left side menu of your control panel, go to Services > My Services, where you will be presented with a list of all your subscriptions.
If you have difficulty locating the subscription, a search bar is available at the top of the page.

On the Product Details page of your Titan subscription, you will see your Admin interface. It should display as the image below:
This does not display for mobile users unless show desktop site is used

Select the option for Email reputation.

You will be presented with the following page:

Clicking Add on the entry will expand the page and provide steps showing the process for adding the record. You will also be given a unique record generated for your account.

Add this record to the active nameservers of your domain and allow time for DNS propagation. You can use the Check Again option to verify the record fully.
